Ive been new to weightlifting and Ive been really motivated using my Apple Watch, this app has been so easy to use, make workouts, and track progress. Only downfall is its a little harder than preferred to have the calories tracked on Health
I like the Apple Watch integration. Nice, professional looking UI. In-app purchases are too expensive, considering the cost of the app.

Ive had this app for more than 6 months and I absolutely love it.
Animations are helpful. A bit expensive
Love this app choose any muscle group and it shows you all the workouts to build that group
Some good workouts plans and exercises... But a bit pricey.
Just started with the free version of the app. I am able to setup my own exercises including logging reps and sets. Did not realize it connected to Apple Health when I installed which is a plus. However the add on apps are expensive.
